Your Weight


Ni kess xda keje la ni..
Weekly, i will drop by to clinic (our company nye clinic ) just to know my weight..then blahhh..
Guys, it is important to monitor ur BMI tau

Hence, Muscle is denser than fat, so some very lean muscular people would be classed as overweight

BMI Weight Status
Below 18.5 Underweight
18.5 – 24.9 Normal
25.0 – 29.9 Overweight
30.0 and Above Obese
